It was a hot Sunday evening and was coming home from work when my tensioner pulley broke. They came and got me as soon as they could and also gave me a ride home. The young man, Riley, was courteous and pleasant. The wait sucked but it was through my insurance. I didn't have to pay anything nor sign anything. Thank you very much Volusia county towing. Dueces to you.

It was 3 hrs and 50 min for them to come after I requested road side assistance. The driver sped into parking lot hit a curb then reversed quickly, when he approached me he informed me that they "only get $10 for doing this and that I needed to "take care of the driver" and "tip" him. He then asked if I had Velle and when I said No he stated that the gas station had an ATM inside. I pay for Roadside assistance through my car insurance and this was my 1st time using roadside assistance in 40 years of driving. This experience was horrible and one I hope I never experience again.

The young man was right on time . It was pouring down rain and that didn’t stop him from hooking up my car. Very nice and so polite. Put my car in my driveway where the repairman could get to it easily. If I ever need a tow I’d definitely want this company and this young man to tow it .
